"Since switching to Brad Cooper State Farm I've had the pleasure with speaking to Mrs. Heather Roberts she is truly phenomenal at her job! She had all my questions answered before I even had to ask them which never happens! I am very picky when it comes to vehicle insurance company's but I have always been a very loyal customer. I love the fact that Ms Heather actually cares about finding me a good deal on my insurance. The fact that she called me just to offer me new things that would also benefit me with my insurance being cheaper is a huge plus in my book. "I was perfectly fine with my current insurance, yet they kept berating me with calls for a quote, despite me telling them otherwise. After a while I decided to get the quote and once I received it, they said I would save a little less than $100, compared to my current policy. After receiving the quote, they continued to berate me with calls urging me to cancel my current policy and join State Farm. After about a week I decided to join, however, once I did, they claimed that the quote had changed, making it largely the same price as my current policy. I was annoyed at it obviously because the only reason I changed was for the amount that I would be saving. Now after a month, I have noticed multiple mistakes on my policy (as far as who is driving what vehicle), their agents have misinformed me multiple times regarding payments (whether it is paid monthly or in full), and they said that my rate will increase again by $1,300. I am livid, and not only will my policy end in a day (they only gave me two days notice as well), but my previous provider informed me that I cannot receive the same rates as before. Do not go with Brad Cooper State Farm! They are misleading and coercive (as most insurance companies are), but most importantly, they ruined my budget for the entire year of 2025 before it has even started."
