"Brad Cooper State Farm has always been really easy to work with, and the rates are way better than other insurance companies and even other state farm offices. It really seems like they are trying to help you get the best setup and deal for your situation, unlike other companies that are always trying to get as much money as possible from you. I use them for business, car, and home insurance. Anytime I call and need any sort of help or info, they answer and take care of me quickly. This is completely different than past insurance agents I have worked with that can't be bothered to pick up the phone. Every person at their office has impressed me, but I usually speak with Jennifer. She is a great representative for a great insurance office!"

"They are NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOR. I hate to leave this review as I tried to avoid casting a bad light. I moved all my policies over initially except my landlord policies. Once they came due for renewal, I then moved them over and I canceled my current coverage. It turns out that only 1 of the policies was submitted. Not both. I then get a notification about 1 1/2 weeks later that State Farm would not cover my properties due to a policy that went into effect a few months earlier. The person I spoke with admitted he made a mistake and apologized. My mortgage company charged me to provide hazard insurance because I had a lapse of no coverage for that period of time. I made the effort working directly with Brad Coopers agency to remedy the charge I incurred because of their mistake. They "unfortunately" could not do anything to help me any further. I also now have to set up escrow for a property because of their mistake causing me to come up with thousands up front to fund the account. I would not recommend this business. When it comes down to it, you are just a number, and unless legally liable, they WILL NOT do the right thing. We are talking about $55 and $65 charge that they should have covered because they should have never issued coverage in the first place. They are NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOR."
