"I switched my insurance policies from Amica to State Farm several years ago, due to a ridiculous serial increases in policy premiums at Amica. I was hesitant because of Amica's customer service quality. I must say that State Farm has been wonderful. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service has been excellent. To be fair, I have not had to file a claim through State Farm, so I won't be able to comment on that part of their customer service.

Most recently, Stevie Crider reached out to review my existing policy. He was patient and went through it line by line. He made suggestions when appropriate. I'm very happy with my decision to date and I'd recommend Brad Cooper's team."

"Agent Jared sucks at his job. I got transferred for an Auto quote to speak to Brad and instead I got him. He insisted and persisted to quote me for my home, when I didn't even get a quote for my Auto coverage. Bad sales tactic, poor customer service and this guys needs to be trained on how to provide the customer with information that they're inquiring about first, before asking about another service in order to bundle a price. This dude is delusional and ridiculous!!!"
